Compensated Phase II Hidradenitis Suppurativa Clinical Trial
Encore Medical Research of Boynton Beach is spearheading a Sanofi phase ll oral medication called KT-474 (SAR444656). Protocol: ACT17841-HS
Compensation is $250 per visit
You may also be compensated $100, for other aspects of the study. They will go over all of this with you should you proceed.
USA Boynton Beach, Weston, and Hollywood Florida Locations.
What is it?
Oral Medication SAR444656 (KT-474), you will receive either the medication or placebo.
How:
4 tablets with food. This will be given 24 weeks in total, consisting of 14 visits every week for the 1st month. Then every two weeks until the end of the 24 week study.
Key Eligibility Criteria:
•Age 18 to 70
•Has a history of signs and symptoms consistent with HS for at least 1 year.
•Has 5 total visual HS lesions abscesses.
•Has been on an oral antibiotic as a treatment for your Hidradenitis Suppurativa, and been on for at least 1month. Additionally, while on the oral antibiotic treatment for your HS, had an inadequate response to it the or demonstrated intolerance/contraindication to the oral antibiotics.
Additional Information:
Transportation and food is provided while you're at the clinic.
